my room was clean. the bed was very comfortable. the cleaning lady was diligent while she vacuumed. the breakfast was good with many options at the buffet.
calls went unanswered. replies took at least 30 minutes through whatsapp. i requested a pillow and it arrived after 1 hour and 30 minutes.

I enjoyed my stay. The front desk staff offered to collect and store my luggage for three days before my check-in, a considerable help. I loved the amazing service around the outdoor pool. Breakfast buffet had many delicious choices.

Communications pre-planning was handled professionally and with detail. I enjoyed the curated teas in the room. The renovated rooms were beautiful. The hotel is well situated to walk to local attractions and the mrt for easy travel.
The swimming pool had some slimy patches on the bottom and algae around it. This requires better maintenance.

the location is great for walking to attractions. the mrt station is close. this made travel around the area easy. the renovated rooms looked nice.
the pool had slimy patches on the bottom. i also noticed algae around the pool. this made swimming unpleasant. i found a loose button battery on the carpet. i think this is dangerous for small children.
