comfortable bed buffet options clean room unanswered calls slow replies lengthy wait
my room was clean. the bed was very comfortable. the cleaning lady was diligent while she vacuumed. the breakfast was good with many options at the buffet.
calls went unanswered. replies took at least 30 minutes through whatsapp. i requested a pillow and it arrived after 1 hour and 30 minutes.

really good service attentive staff wonderful food
the service was really good. the staff were really lovely and paid great attention to detail. i especially appreciated miss grace , the assistant mo bar manager , and her team , they created a great cocktail experience. carine and team gave really good service , all the food items i had were wonderful.

bright place friendly team great food high quality
the place is brighter since refurbishment. the reception team is friendly. i felt at home. the service team went above to meet all needs! i enjoyed a pleasant experience with multiple restaurants that offered great food options and high quality.
i found the communication lacking on arrival. i had to wait longer to have access to my room. this was disappointing as i was a returning guest.

helpful staff pool service diverse buffet
I enjoyed my stay. The front desk staff offered to collect and store my luggage for three days before my check-in, a considerable help. I loved the amazing service around the outdoor pool. Breakfast buffet had many delicious choices.

The Embu restaurant offered a dinner spread with very nice value, ensuring popular items like lobsters were always available. Service staff were sufficient and attentive. I gave feedback to chefs, thanks to Ms. Grace's help. It was an enjoyable dinning experience.

decent hotel with some issues
great location easy travel renovated room slimy patch algae area loose battery
the location is great for walking to attractions. the mrt station is close. this made travel around the area easy. the renovated rooms looked nice.
the pool had slimy patches on the bottom. i also noticed algae around the pool. this made swimming unpleasant. i found a loose button battery on the carpet. i think this is dangerous for small children.
